(Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideto Omi; hereinafter “Aozora Bank”) for the issuance of Japan’s first*¹ trust-beneficiary stablecoin, provisionally named “aJPY,” on the mainnet of Japan Open Chain, an Ethereum-compatible public blockchain operated by Japanese enterprises.
